- Rechargeable external Gel-Cell 12 4A battery. Extra batteries can be purchased at any battery outlet or electronics store and switched out in seconds, extending detecting time in the field to days.
- Voltage regulation allows for 12-18 hours of continuous use, depending on the frequency selected and the type of coil used. Taking into account rest periods, the detector can be used from 18-22 hours on one charge.
- Assortment of detector coils for any detecting challenge. Five different detector heads to include the standard equipment Planar Mono for general searching to depths of 4 feet, the DD Litz wire wound coil for prospecting and searching in mineralized ground, an ideal system for gold nuggets, the collapsible 40 inch x 40 inch frame for deep search for deeply buried objects to 12 feet or more, the wand coil for searching walls, wells and other voids and tight places and the Hypersensitive 21 inch x 10 inch go between for deep searching in areas with trees, rocks and difficult terrain and capable of reaching down to 7 feet and beyond on moderate sized targets.
- Special circuitry and Gold/Silver tone for efficient detection of precious metals such as gold and silver.
- Iron reject system to discriminate out small iron and to reject iron masses up to the first 20 inches in depth. This eliminates unnecessary digging of iron trash such as horse shoes or nails. Does not reject deeply buried iron objects. The deeper objects are more than likely objects buried on purpose instead of discarded or dropped, for example iron pots with coins, iron chests, weapons or even meteorites buried deep on impact. Rejected items near surface are indicated by the red LED intermittent REJET.
- Internal speaker or head phones.
- SDA (Adjustable Detection Spectrum) widen your signal pattern to pick up signals off to the side of your sweep without the detector head having to be right over top of the target.
- Signal boost for deep targets.
- Sound boost to bring out the faint deep targets. If a faint response is heard continue sweeping the detector coil directly over the target area and the target will become energized and the signal will get stronger and stronger allowing for proper identification or discrimination.
- Ground sensor system in order to detect areas with high mineral content.
- Semiautomatic tuning system (DYNAMIC/STATIC tracking mode ) that maintains constant threshold tune over changing ground conditions.

- Square Frame Collapsible mono detector coil 40 inch x 40 inch (Optional). (Collapsed it is as easily transported as a fishing pole) includes an adjustable cushioned carry strap and transport bag. Indispensible for searches to 12 feet and beyond and to cover large areas of ground. Especially usefully for surveying large areas in the search for meteorites.
- Hypersensitive 21 inch x 10 inch coil (Optional): This new coil by Deepers Detectors is the most powerful on the market and is convenient when extreme depth is needed in areas of limited mobility where the larger frame coil cannot be utilized as in the case of rocky ground, around trees and over uneven terrain. The Hypersensitive Coil offers many advantages; it is light, solid, practical, and powerful enough to reach to 7 feet and beyond on large targets.
